Mr. Shyam Prakash Singh (Chairman)
Shyam Singh is a qualified master in Social Work from Magadh University, Patna and is one of the founder member of organizations like The Saath Mahila Saving & Credit Co-operative Society Limited (2012), SOCH LIVELIHOOD MICROFINANCE FOUNDATION (2015) & Saath Gramin Trust (2017). He is responsible for all the important aspects, including planning, analysing, liaison processing, decision making and various other matters.
He has more than 20 years of experience working in the development sector and had previously been associated with organizations like PRADAN, Kutch Nav Nirman, ABHIYAN and Saath Charitable Trust. He is the Managing Trustee of Saath Gramin Trust.
Ms. Vama Rajpal (Trustee)
Her educational laurels include a Masters in Public Health and MBA in Healthcare Management from St. Xavier University, Chicago, USA. She is also a certified Image Coach. She has diverse professional experience in Operations’ Management, Client Servicing, Branding, Mentoring and Resource Mobilization across the Health care, Education and the Development Sector.
She works with individuals, groupsand institutions based in India and overseas, to build their confidence through grooming, dressing and communication. She has successfully built skills of several youth and women from vulnerable communities.
Ms. Bhavya Avinash Kumar (Trustee)
Ms. Bhavya is a seasoned development professional with nearly 15 years of experience, spanning roles from grassroots initiatives to project management. She has worked with renowned national and international nonprofits, including SAATHI, Aga Khan Health Services India, Oxfam India, and SEWA Bharat.
Holding a Diploma in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship from SNDT Women’s University and NMIMS, Bhavya excels in project management, research, data analysis, and documentation. She has concentrated on research and documentation for nonprofits in Gujarat and Maharashtra, overseeing report writing, proposal development, and survey analysis. Additionally, she manages social media for a prominent nonprofit in Gujarat, showcasing her diverse skill set.
Ms. Parulata Patel (Treasurer)
Parul’s progression from Junior K.G. Teacher to Administrator at The Riverside School exemplifies her profound commitment to education and community service. Her active engagement in initiatives like aProCh.org and Design for Change reflects her passion for fostering positive change.
Her decision to take a sabbatical to work with NGOs underscores her desire for growth and adaptability. With remarkable administrative skills and heartfelt compassion, she is a tremendous asset to both the school and the organization. Parul’s expertise enhances governance and program implementation, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively for the benefit of the school community and society. Her dedication to excellence and collaboration positions her as a vital catalyst for meaningful change.
Ms. Anuradha Gharti (Secretary)
Anuradha is a qualified Law graduate, a dedicated and experienced development professional, specialising in training, planning, implementation, monitoring, research and documentation.
She has over 20 years of experience in development sector has developed my knowledge and perspective on various social justice issues related to women, Dalit, Minority, Children and other vulnerable communities, and an understanding of the importance of working with Human Rights based approach. She heads the Women Empowerment and Education program at Saath Gramin Trust.
